I suffered from unexplained, crippling IBS for years. When it was at its worst, I would have 3-4 afternoons a week where I would have debilitating flares. I had every scope under the sun to see if there was something more sinister at play: colonoscopy, gastroscopy and even had a laparoscopy to see if it was endometriosis. I also tried every other variable possible to shift my flares: the low FODMAP diet, the nerva app, anti spasmodics, anti depressants.

I really thought my IBS was my own fault and it was my anxiety about the IBS driving the problem. I barely drink and am quite fit and active so I knew it wasn't a life style thing. After working with my GI Dr for about a year and eliminating any other possible factors, she suggested I try your product. I was, of course, skeptical. I started with the half teaspoon and didn't notice much of a difference, but by the time I got to the recommended dose, I was a changed woman.

I barely have flares now, and if I do they are far less disruptive and I am able to manage them immediately with immodium. I am barely anxious anymore because I'm not concerned about having a flare. I can eat a wider variety of foods, I am able to date again and I've gone back to work full time. I was saying to my best friend the other day, "I feel like a different woman!" and she said "It's so noticeable!"

If you are an IBS girly at your wits end I cannot recommend this product highly enough, but I do say that with a caveat: I am not a Dr and the process of elimination for me was strategic and long. I think it's important to rule out any other possibilities before just taking a supplement. I am also able to access research and studied this product and PHGG quite a lot before I began taking it. I felt confident about this product because it has the Monash University low FODMAP approval label.

In my darkest hours of what felt like never ending pain and cramping, I used to plead with whoever might be listening for some kind of solution and I cannot believe I found it. Thank you to science and Glow Proteins for developing the product that gave me my life back!

My friend's son suffers from the incurable ehlers danlos syndrome. Taking fodzyme helped him to gain 2 kg because it allows him to eat a greater range of food without severe ill effects. On average, he consumes a jar of 60 doses per month. He started using Fodzyme 2 months ago. I have to purchase it for him because it is unavailable in his country. It enables him to have a better quality of life because he can now go out with his friends to a greater range of eateries. Fodzyme does not work on all foods, though. Particularly not for food from street stalls in Asia that may use a lot of preservatives and other additives to improve the taste of food while trying to keep prices down.

Fodzyme has proven an absolute winner with me! After 0nly 3 weeks of use problems have remained at bay!! Recommend in the highest way!
