OUR SHIPPING POLICY

For all orders with a cart total of under $99 (after any discounts or vouchers are applied) the standard charges of $10 will apply.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of being received, and arrive approximately 1-10 days from dispatch depending on the address location (refer to table below for approximate delivery time based on your location).

DELIVERY

All orders are shipped from Sydney NSW, 2089, and a tracking number is issued via email.  We use Sendle for our parcel delivery for all Standard Shipping items.

SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY

Signature on delivery is required for all parcels. If you would like your parcel left if you are not home – please see the 'Authority to Leave' section below. If the delivery address is unattended or someone is unable to sign for the parcel, a calling card will be left (generally in the post box or under the front door) with instructions for you to have your parcel redelivered or to collect your parcel from your nearest authorised centre.

 

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE PARCELS

If you would like your parcel left unattended at time of delivery please make a note in the ‘leave us a note’ section at checkout.

IMPORTANT Should you wish to have your parcel left without a signature please note that all responsibilities to Glow Proteins is waived.

 

WRONG ADDRESS

If you enter the wrong address at checkout, please contact us within half an hour of placing the order. If Glow Proteins is not contacted within this timeframe and a tracking number has already issued, a $20 'return to sender' fee will be charged. 

 

RETURNS POLICY

We will happily accept the return of any product which is damaged, or does not match the description of what you ordered. 

Glow Proteins asks you to please inspect the parcel before signing with the courier should any damage have occurred in transit. Should any damage have occurred Glow Proteins must be contacted via email hello@glowproteins.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your goods and provided with photo evidence for verification.

You will be issued a return address of where to send your goods, and they must be received back within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date, in the condition they originally arrived in, to be eligible for either a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price less freight costs. Please note that every effort is taken to ensure that we pack your order as safely as possible – but damage does occur from time to time – especially in the transit.

Once the product is opened, we do not refund the purchase price if you simply change your mind.

We unfortunately cannot refund orders once the initial tracking number has been received once an order has been placed. If you do want a refund once an order has been placed, and before a tracking number has been received, we will deduct the shopify and/or afterpay (if applicable) processing fee from the received payment before we refund the amount back to you.
