Returns and Refunds

Returns are available subject to the following conditions: 

If the item is faulty, damaged or the wrong product is sent. Glow Proteins must be contacted via email within 48 hours of receiving your goods and provided with photo evidence for verification.

We will either refund the cost of the product or send a replacement depending on the specific concern. This will only be processed once we have received the original items back. A return address will be provided to you once you have emailed us with your specific concern. 

The following conditions will not be eligible for any refunds or returns

(a) If the products have been opened or the customer has sampled and does not like the products.

(b) The customer changes their mind or has made a mistake in their order.

(c) The customer did not familiarise themselves with the ingredients or other product information available on the product page before ordering.
