Returns and Refunds
Returns are available subject to the following conditions:
If the item is faulty, damaged or the wrong product is sent. Glow Proteins must be contacted via email email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your goods and provided with photo evidence for verification.
We will either refund the cost of the product or send a replacement depending on the specific concern. This will only be processed once we have received the original items back. A return address will be provided to you once you have emailed us with your specific concern.
The following conditions will not be eligible for any refunds or returns:
(a) If the products have been opened or the customer has sampled and does not like the products.
(b) The customer changes their mind or has made a mistake in their order.
(c) The customer did not familiarise themselves with the ingredients or other product information available on the product page before ordering.
