Worried about calories? Don't be! Each serving contains only 18 calories. However, it's important to note that our Caramel & Vanilla Chai latte is sweeter than our Hot Chocolate. Choose according to your preference and enjoy the rich flavours of our beverages.

Glow Elixir Marine Collagen dissolves effortlessly in both hot and cold liquids, as it has a neutral odour and taste, and is heat stable.

To enjoy, simply add one serving (1 teaspoon or 2.5g) to your favourite beverage, such as water, coffee, juice, or smoothie. You can also stir it into soups, yoghurts and other foods.

Enjoy 1-3 times a day for optimal results. We recommend a daily serving of:

• 1 - 2 teaspoons: For individuals under 35 years old:
• 2 - 3 teaspoons: For people aged 36+ years old
