Serving Suggestion - Gut Prebiotics with Sunfiber Glow Proteins

This powder makes it easy to add prebiotics into your diet. It is tasteless. Simply mix 2 heaped teaspoons of powder (6g) in 300ml of water.

Stir well for 30 seconds or until powder is dissolved. Take 1 serve daily.

We recommend stating with ½ a teaspoon and slowly working your way up to 2 teaspoons.
